Learn to run: 12-week courses for beginners and improvers
From outside the Windmill Café in Wimbledon Common, we offer beginners’ and improvers’ running courses and social runs – during the week, usually straight after school drop-off and in the evening.
The women-only courses are small and friendly and we welcome all ages and abilities.
Whether you want to get fitter or faster, lose weight, run a 5K or stay motivated, our new beginners’ and improvers’ running courses will guarantee to get you up and running, come rain or shine. We do hope that you will join us soon!
Common Runners, owned by local resident Caroline Dunleavy, is part of Run England which aims to get more people running.
