In the midst of the Pandemic many people are struggling to find a space to pause and breathe and to achieve clarity of mind. Annette Wiik is looking to help, offering her regular 30-minute mindfulness meditation sessions free of charge throughout February.
Annette commented: “I believe that training the mind is as important as training the physical body. I also believe it is vital to have a way of finding calmness within, no matter what our external circumstances are. These sessions can be helpful for anyone who is struggling and could benefit from a moment to reset and care for their overall wellbeing.”
The mindfulness meditation sessions are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5pm-5.30pm and are open to all. No previous experience is needed.
Annette also offers 60-minute Yoga classes via Zoom on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9.30am, and Monday evenings at 7pm.
