The team at Allington Therapy, led by founder Roxane Borghini, offers a range of services including osteopathy, paediatric osteopathy and pre and post-natal osteopathy. They also offer a range of alternative treatments, including Sports Massage and Taping for athletes.

Clients come to the clinic for rehabilitation, injury management, assistance with health issues or postural discomforts, and wellness more generally. All Allington Therapy practitioners have specialised training, knowledge and experience.  They look at each client’s body ‘as a whole’ and take into account lifestyle factors, to help identify the underlying causes of the presenting complaint and not only treat the symptoms.

Their treatment approach is tailored to each person, incorporating a wide range of gentle, hands-on techniques. They also provide self-management advice and/or exercises to aid recovery, promote health and prevent symptoms recurring.
