Annette Wiik invites you to open yourself to movement and breath through yoga.
Annette teaches both group and private classes in the Wimbledon area. Her aim is to help clients practise yoga in a way that will benefit them in both life and sport; muscular and fluid movements to provide a sense of stability, while also allowing for more freedom of movement. Through the yoga practice many clients also notice a sense of calmness in their mind.

YOGA ON THE COMMON
In Spring/Summer, Annette runs outdoor yoga classes on Wimbledon Common by the Windmill on Sundays 10-11am, £10 per session. The yoga poses are offered at different levels to allow everyone to move with ease through the practice, as well as feeling grounded in every posture.
Attendees should bring their own mat – all other props will be provided.
