Annette Wiik is currently offering online yoga and mindfulness classes via zoom, from her home to yours.
1- Online yoga takes place three mornings a week – Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9.30am – and also Wednesday evenings at 7pm.
2 – A mindfulness meditation class takes place every Tuesday at 7pm.
3 – All Annette’s classes are 60 minutes long. Price per class during lockdown time is £10 per household. Classes are drop-in so you just need to confirm your attendance the day before. You can pay as you go or pay upfront for a number of classes and she will keep record.
4 – If you would like to join a class, just get in touch with Annette by emailing annettewiikyoga@gmail.com and you will receive the Zoom link to access the class.
5 – Please note you are responsible for your own wellbeing while doing the yoga practice.
Annette teaches both group and private classes in the Wimbledon area. Her aim is to help clients practise yoga in a way that will benefit them in both life and sport; muscular and fluid movements to provide a sense of stability, while also allowing for more freedom of movement. Through the yoga practice many clients also notice a sense of calmness in their mind.
