Annette aims to help people practise yoga in a way that will benefit them in their life and sport, bringing a feeling of groundedness and ease to their body, and calmness to their mind.

Yoga on the Common
In Spring/Summer, Annette runs outdoor yoga classes on Wimbledon Common on Sundays 9-10am on the Plane, the field to the left on the way to the Windmill.
This is a Beginners & Mixed Level Hatha yoga class, and everyone is welcome to join in. £10 per session.
The yoga poses will be offered at different levels to allow everyone to have a sense of ease and feeling of being grounded in every posture.
Attendees will need to bring their own mats, but blocks will be provided.
