Pole Structural Engineers are a people business committed to providing practical structural design solutions in a language our clients understand providing a prompt, friendly but very professional service.

Their work includes some large but many smaller residential schemes, both new and refurbishment. They also undertake some commercial, industrial work, schools and retail etc.

Each project is managed by a Practice Associate and the design teams ensure that Clients receive the highest level of service and a prompt, efficient response to each project.

They also undertake many smaller projects which are equally important to us. These include Engineers’ reports, structural surveys (Simon Pole is also a Chartered Building Surveyor) small extensions, lofts and elemental design via builders,  architects, surveyors etc.

They can provide Structural Engineers’ reports on any defects.  These form part of our daily work and we have a dedicated system to provide fairly immediate response.The most common are: localised cracking, general signs of movement, subsidence concerns, roof prelims, bulging and leaning walls and floor and roof loading problems.

Visits can be arranged at short notice and reports are often issued the same day or within 24 hours.
