The Sophie Centre is a Forum for Civil Rights Dispute Resolution, providing a mediation, conflict resolution and rehabilitation service to members of the community and to grass root community groups, and an avenue by which the community can seek to redress their grievances against the State.

The Centre also provides a bespoke advice service on disputes against the State, which is community-led, and focused on those issues which need swift resolution.

The Forum for Civil Rights Dispute Resolution and the advice service will for most be free at the point of access and can be delivered in their local communities.
