The Wimbledon Museum is a 100-year-old collection of local treasures celebrating the local history and people of Wimbledon Village, town and Common.
In 2021/22 the Museum underwent a complete refurbishment and redesign to better showcase what makes Wimbledon such a special place – from the Suffragette movement to Wimbledon in the war, from manor houses to railways.
Sharing the listed 1858 Arts & Crafts home of Wimbledon Village Club, the Museum is a place where people can not only deepen their understanding of Wimbledon, but participate in collecting and exploring local history.
The museum is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 to 5pm.
Entry is free.
