Start with delicious and unique ‘mouthfuls’ including mushroom marmite éclair and AAA Maldon oysters. The menu will then take diners on a journey; from the ‘beach’ with hand-picked Devon crab, to the ‘woods’ with Fallow deer, amongst other highlight dishes. Wine lovers can also opt for a carefully curated wine pairing, selected to enhance the flavours of the food, with inclusions from the Gladwin Brothers Nutbourne Vineyards in Sussex. End the evening on a sweet note with a black and white chocolate rhubarb – sharing is optional 😉
