Spring Walk with the Commons’ Senior Management Team
Starting at the Ranger's Office, the management team will take you for a walk around the Commons, explain about some of the current projects and conservation work, as well as sharing some anecdotal tales of the life of the everyday folk of the Commons. A Birdsong Walk exclusively for Friends of the Commons led by local bird expert, Les Evans-Hill. Taking in most of the Commons' habitats and terrain, the walk will cover around 2.5/3 miles, finishing back at the Ranger's Office around 11 am, where refreshments will be provided. Hear birds such as Blackcaps, Song Thrush, Whitethroat, Wheatear and if you are very lucky, a Cuckoo! There are just 15 place available so book soon.
